I have a total of 29 fixtures figured for your back yard lighting powered by a 1200 watt
transformer. We will control them independently on 4 circuits with the ability to dim each or turn on or off completely. The entire system will come on with a photo cell.

The all metal fixtures will be brass with a color powder coating. Either of these colors will look nice, I favor the Rust.

This fixture will light the beds and walkways and steps. |
This will be mounted in trees for spot lighting and/or up-lighting |

This can light is for up-lighting with a flood. Large trees will be up-lit and the Petrified Forest will be back lit with this one. They bury in the ground so you don't see the housing.

This will light the big wall and maybe the slate walls. I expect it to give off a nice soft glow over a large area. |

These 2 little guys will get tucked in to tight spots to high-light special places like a waterfall or a plant.
Since they can be mounted in so many ways and there is such a variety of bulbs and lenses we'll let imagination run a little wild.

I will take a look at the water loss issue either Wed 7/11 or Thurs 7/12. Meanwhile here is my general teaching on the subject.
I will also have a price on the retaining walls at Grub Stake Apts. by the time we meet next week. Let's do a walk through and make a list of everything that needs to be tended to so we can both get on to other things.
The 2 week drama in Denver that I witnessed took a toll on my schedule but I am beginning to see daylight anyway. Hope you enjoy your trip and call me as soon as it's convenient. I'll get the lighting material ordered. Takes about 10-12 days for delivery.
